The experience
What to expect
Arrival & intention
You arrive, settle in and share a brief intention or any area of focus. There is no requirement — you can simply arrive and receive.
Reiki & sound
You lie down fully clothed. Mariana works with Reiki energy and therapeutic instruments — singing bowls, gongs and other resonant tools — throughout the 70 minutes.
Integration
After the session, a few minutes of quiet integration. Mariana shares any observations and you leave with space to absorb the experience.
After the session
Many people report deep relaxation, improved sleep and a sense of inner stillness in the days following a session. Drink water and rest if possible.
