Why formal training matters

The training
Mariana Salas offers a rigorous, respectful and progressive training in traditional Japanese Usui Reiki. Each level builds on the previous one, combining theory, practice and personal integration. Training can be taken individually or in small groups, at your own pace.

How the training works
Each level is taught in dedicated sessions combining theory, attunements, practice and integration. Training is available individually or in small groups. You progress at your own pace — there is no fixed timeline between levels. Each level is complete in itself and leads naturally to the next.

Mariana Salas is a Usui Reiki Master Teacher and the founder of ATMA Frequencies. She has trained in the Japanese Usui Reiki lineage and teaches all levels — from Level I through to Reiki Master training. Her approach combines rigour, care and deep respect for the tradition.
