1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website atmacreativeuniverse.com ("the Site") or purchasing any product or service offered by ATMA Creative Universe ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Services Offered

ATMA Creative Universe offers the following services and products:

• Music production and DJ coaching classes (online and in-person).
• Sound healing and Reiki training programmes.
• DJ booking and live performance services.
• Digital products: sample packs, Ableton racks, MIDI packs, and project templates.
• Music release consultancy and label services.

3. Purchases and Payments

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4. Digital Products — Licence and Delivery

Upon successful payment for a digital product, you will receive a secure, time-limited download link (valid for 72 hours, maximum 3 downloads). The link is personal and non-transferable.

Digital products are licensed for personal, non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or share the files with third parties.
• Use the content in commercial releases without a separate commercial licence.
• Reverse-engineer or extract components for use outside the intended DAW context.

Sample packs and MIDI packs may be used in original productions (commercial or non-commercial) without additional clearance, provided they are not resold as standalone samples.

5. Refund Policy

Digital products: due to the nature of digital goods, we do not offer refunds once the download link has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing download, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve it.

Classes and coaching: cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.

DJ bookings: cancellation terms are specified in the individual booking agreement.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, audio, video, logos, and digital products — is the property of ATMA Creative Universe or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Transmit harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without our prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ATMA Creative Universe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant product or service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
